No additional fees, even though many charge $1,500–$2,000 for them. Every detail deserves to be beautifully remembered!

We usually have two videographers at our weddings because video storytelling relies on capturing the same moment from multiple angles to create true cinematic depth. One focuses on sweeping, atmospheric shots while the other captures intimate close-ups and reactions—both essential for dynamic, emotionally rich editing. This dual approach transforms the final film into an immersive experience that feels like a real movie

Here’s a classic wedding day timeline to help you visualize how photography and videography fit into your celebration. 

This is just a starting point, we’ll help you structure your day so your dream moments unfold effortlessly. 

Most wedding days include about 8–10 hours of photo and video coverage.

1:00–1:20 PM (20 min) — Details Footage

Capturing your rings, flowers, invitations, shoes, dress.

1:20–2:00 PM (30-40 min) — Partner A (Groom / Partner / Fiancé(e)) Getting Ready

Getting ready, tying ties, first look with parents, sharing special moments with family and friends.

2:20–3:40 PM (50min-1.30hr) — Partner B (Bride / Partner / Fiancé(e)) Getting Ready

Final touches of hair and makeup, first look with parents or friends, helping with the veil and shoes, champagne & fun.

3:40–4:00 PM (10-20 min) — First Look or First Touch 

A quiet, heartfelt moment to see each other before the ceremony or exchange personal vows. Often, it’s the only time you’ll have alone together during the entire celebration.

4:00–4:40 PM (20-40 min) — Couple Portraits

Candid and cinematic shots of just the two of you, capturing your love and excitement.

5:00–5:40 PM(30-40 min) — Reception Details & Final Tech Prep

Capturing the reception space before guests arrive—florals, tablescapes, lighting—while the videographer sets up a second camera and mics the officiant and groom for ceremony coverage.

6:00–6:40 PM (40 min) — Ceremony

The big moment! Your vows and the beautiful exchange of love.

6:40–7:20 PM (20-40 min) — Portraits with Family and Friends + Cocktail Hour

Time for group portraits and a few sweet shots of the couple at the arch, while guests begin to gather and enjoy cocktail hour.

7:00–10:00 PM (3-4 hrs.) — Reception

The grand entrance, heartfelt speeches, first dance, shared moments with loved ones, dinner, cake cutting, dancing, and music—all the joy and energy of the evening.

7:30–8:00 PM (20-30min) — Sunset Portraits (15 min before the sunset)

Golden-hour shots, the best lightning of the day for romantic, creative moments, and pure joy.

10:00 PM (10 min) — Grand Exit

A magical, movie-worthy sendoff to close your unforgettable day—complete with shimmering sparklers or whimsical soap bubbles
